PILATES INFUSED is part of STUDIO TUESDAY - a new Mixed Concept, combining the experience of delicious fresh food & specialty coffee from the healthy eatery EHRLICH GRUEN with high energy Reformer workouts at the Pilates Studio PILATES INFUSED.
Located in the heart of Frankfurt, our Community is build from locals for locals, their friends, visitors, travelers & internationals.
Never heard of Reformer Pilates before? No Problem, our lovely certified instructors will introduce you to the specific functions of our reformer machines in our beginner classes.
All levels, ages & genders welcome.
* There will be occasional social media content production in the studio. Please let our staff know, if you do not wish to be filmed.
PILATES INFUSED
PILATES INFUSED offers a modern approach to a timeless technique in our intimate studio with 7 exclusive Reformers, "Allegro 2" by Balanced Body.
You will be doing classic Pilates exercises based on Joseph Pilates, infused with high intensity training & athletic movements.
Expect to feel the burn in a variety of intense 50 minute workouts combined with upbeat music and good vibes.
SCULPT & DEFINE the whole body, LIFT the booty, STRENGTHEN the core and TONE beautiful legs & arms.
You will be obsessed. Promise!

As a NEWBIE to our Studio you must visit one of our BEGINNER REFORMER Classes first, before being able to book all other classes.
WAITLIST
If classes are sold out you can put yourself on the waiting list via the Eversports App. In case someone cancels, you will be notified & will then get the chance to book the open spot.
CANCELATION / NO SHOW
Always make sure you cancel 24 hours prior to your workout via the Eversports App, to avoid losing your class credit. If you miss the 24h cancellation period, please still cancel your spot, otherwise you could be blocked from booking classes in future.

ARRIVAL
Please arrive 10 minutes before class. NO LATE ADMITTANCE!
CHECK IN & WORKOUT GEAR

Please always check in with our front desk before class.

We ask you to come to the studio already in workout gear. We do not have any changing rooms available.

Grippy Socks are REQUIRED for all reformer classes. You can purchase them directly in the studio, or bring your own.
IN STUDIO

There are no glass bottles, jackets & large bags allowed inside the Pilates room, lockers are provided for you.

Please take off your shoes before entering the Pilates room & use the provided shoe rack.

Please let your Instructor know about any injuries & pregnancy prior to class.

After class all props & the reformer, must be wiped clean.

POST NATAL - to get your AFTER BABY GLOW on, come & join our POST NATAL Program. A fixed 6-Week Program with 12 Sessions, where our certified and experienced instructors will help you heal through movement, reconnect with your pelvic floor, rebuild muscles, restore & strengthen your whole body.
MOMMY GLOW - just completed your Post Natal Class and want to refine your practice & technique on the Reformer but need to bring your baby? Our MOMMY GLOW CLASS is for you!
