PILATES INFUSED
REFORMER TEACHER TRAINING
The PILATES INFUSED ACADEMY Teacher Training Program (150 h) is a certification journey designed to turn passionate Pilates practitioners into confident, professional Reformer teachers.
Our program is divided into three parts:
1. Principles, Anatomy & Mat Work – 25 hours
2. Reformer I & II – 80 hours
3. Reformer III & INFUSED Teaching Method – 25 hours
4. Mentorship Program at Pilates Infused - 20 hours (additional & optional)
The training is conducted in English, and all course materials are provided in English. Participants are welcome to teach and complete teaching practice in either German or English.
TEACHER TRAINING STRUCTURE
Each program contains of in-person theory lessons, practical training, online study and teaching practice with feedback by our professional academy team.
You will learn proper form alignment, reformer exercise technique, teaching skills & cueing methods as well as safety aspects for teaching effective classes on a reformer.
1. PRINCIPLES & ANATOMY: Learn about the method of Contrology and the Pilates Principles as well as key anatomical concepts and an introduction into MAT WORK. This module sets the stage for teaching with depth, confidence, and clarity.
2. REFORMER I & II: Learn how to use the Reformer machine safely and effectively, explore Joseph Pilates’ classical repertoire, understand class sequencing and master cueing techniques. Ideal for aspiring teachers or those looking to deepen their personal Reformer practice.
3. REFORMER III: This advanced module is a must for those ready to pursue a professional career as a Pilates Reformer teacher. You’ll refine your teaching technique, expand your exercise knowledge and gain confidence in leading advanced Reformer classes.
*Reformer III module can be booked separately & is also open to teachers who have already completed 50–100 hours of Reformer training at other facilities and want to deepen their knowledge & refine their teaching technique!
4. After completion of all three teacher trainings, 130h in total, participants can apply for the PILATES INFUSED© Mentorship Program (20h).

September: 11./12./13.9.2026
Friday: 5pm-9pm, Saturday 10am-6pm, Sunday: 10am-6pm
2. Reformer I & II Training
September: 18./19./20.9.2026 & 25./26./27.9.2026
Friday: 5pm-9pm, Saturday 10am-6pm, Sunday: 10am-6pm
Exam: 23.10.2026 (individual time)

& teaching protocols.
3. Reformer III Training
October & November: 30.10./31.10./1.11.2026
Friday: 5pm-9pm, Saturday 10am-6pm, Sunday: 10am-6pm
Final Exam: 27.11.2026 or 11.12.2026 (individual time)

REQUIREMENTS
To participate in the training program, participants must have:
At least 25 hours of experience on a Pilates Reformer (as a student in classes, private sessions, or personal practice).
*If you already have a solid understanding of the Pilates principles and a background in anatomy equivalent to 20 hours of study, you may be eligible to begin directly with Part 2: Reformer I & II. (for example if you already have a Pilates Mat certification).
**The advanced Reformer III module can be booked separately & is also open to teachers who have already completed 30–50 hours of Reformer training at other facilities and want to deepen their knowledge & refine their teaching technique!
To become a fully certified Pilates Infused Teacher you must complete Pilates Principles & Anatomy as well as Reformer I, II & III.
