This is an island escape designed to help you move eat well, breathe deeply and fully unplug... all in a stunning Mediterranean setting.
Daily sessions are divided between Reformer Pilates and Yoga on the mat, allowing you to explore the art of control from two complementary perspectives. Through Pilates, you’ll deepen alignment and precision; through yoga, you’ll enhance fluidity, breath, and embodied presence.
Your stay will be at a beautiful finca nestled in the heart of Mallorca’s serene landscape, a peaceful, light-filled space designed to support both rest and focused learning.
