You will be doing classic Pilates exercises based on Joseph Pilates, infused with high intensity interval training & athletic movements.
Expect a variety of intense 50 minute workouts that strengthen, lift, define and tone your whole body combined with up beat music and good vibes.
Never heard of Reformer Pilates before? No Problem, our lovely certified instructors will introduce you to the specific functions of our reformer machines. All levels welcome.

A powerful WHOLE BODY reformer Pilates workout for everyone! Focusing on flexibility, mobility and strength while using some foundation principles:

WHOLE BODY & STRETCH
Adding elongating stretches that not only improve flexibility, but also relieve stress and improve your practice.
WHOLE BODY BURN
Adding some cardio exercises. Work hard and get that deep burn to elevate your heart rate and burn calories!

You will learn to better connect your mind and body through mindful and challenging Pilates movements.
You will feel your muscles as we build, breathe, flow, balance, laugh and embark on a full body Pilates journey.
The Class Routine will stay exactly the same for one month, so that you will be able to refine the exercises to the max before moving on to the next set of movements.
This will not only help you understand the core principles of Pilates but will also help you understand how to move and control your body even better in all of our other Reformer classes.

A lower body session tailored to sculpt and define the area we can’t stop talking about!
Targeting your legs and glutes for a strong and sexy lower body.
You will LIFT & SHAPE your booty, TONE your hamstrings, STRENGTHEN and LENGTHEN the quads & TIGHTEN the inner and outer thighs.

A high energy class, where you will be doing reformer sculpting exercises combined with modern cardio elements, like HIIT and circuit inspired training.
This class elevates your heart rate and burns calories!
FUNCTIONAL REFORMER
This is a circuit Pilates Reformer, full body fat burning session, that will improve your core strength & fitness.
There will be 7 Reformer stations in class. You then move to each of them, to complete one round.

Increasing the focus and attention on your midsection, this class will define your CORE, kick your ABS and burn of all the unwanted fat around your belly.
Our instructor will help strengthen your powerhouse and increase the heat!

Expect a comprehensive workout designed to strengthen your core, sculpt your muscles, and maximize flexibility.
50 minutes Barre Burn will blend Power Pilates with your favorite Barre moves from Ballet to create an intense full body workout, leaving you stronger in both mind and body.
You will be obsessed with this class!

Take some time to recover, with our 50 minute intense and deep elongating stretch class. For better functioning muscles that not only improve flexibility, but also help to relieve stress and bring your practice to the next level.
You will strengthen and tone your whole body, while feeling that deep relaxation.
